Organic food – why eat organic?

Organic food
Chemicals and fertilizers

There are many reasons why we believe that organic is better, the main one being that organic foods do not contain chemical pesticides and generally taste better (particularly fruit and vegetables). Even though this issue is fraught with controversy, we still believe that it is best to eat foods grown without chemicals whenever possible. If you cannot afford to buy organic produce, which can be very expensive in Scandinavia, you could have a go at growing your own. Some fruits and vegetables, like tomatoes and lettuce, are surprisingly easy to grow and require little space. Organically produced food is also free of flavor enhancers, artificial sweeteners, the majority of E-numbers and is not genetically modified.
