We all know that Vitamin C is good for us, but which foods contain the most and how can we include more of them in our everyday diets? There are plenty of Top 10 lists out there, but there are so many foods high in Vitamin C that we have created our Top 50.
When creating this list we took into account the amount of each fruit or vegetable that can easily be included in your family’s diet. We will be adding a list of recipes shortly.
