Recipe tips
Tahini is a paste made of sesame seeds and is used in many Middle Eastern dishes, the most famous being hummus and baba ghanoush. If you don’t have any at hand, you can omit it in this recipe – the result will be a slightly lighter dip, but just as good! Feel free to experiment with flavours by adding other fresh or dried herbs and spices like chopped parsley or ground cumin.
Ingredients
100 g (1/2 c) Greek or Turkish yoghurt
1/2 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
1/2 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped
Method
1. Add yoghurt, tahini, lime juice, oil and mint leaves to blender and mix for 30 seconds until creamy.
